For more than 20 years, I had the privilege of caring for people in their homes during some of life’s most difficult moments. While providing care, I witnessed something that stayed with me long after my workday ended. Too many families were grieving the loss of someone they loved while also desperately trying to figure out how to pay for funeral expenses. I watched savings accounts disappear, retirement funds be drained, and loved ones struggle under the weight of unexpected financial burdens.

My passion for helping families became even more personal through my own losses. Over the years, I’ve lost my grandmother, my grandfather, my mother, my brother, my aunt, my nephew, and a cousin. Some had life insurance, but many did not. I know firsthand that losing someone you love is heartbreaking. Worrying about how to pay for final expenses only adds to that pain.

Those experiences inspired me to create Griffin Shield & Seal.
